You will sit at the intersection of operations, tech and revenue, combining handsâon account management with sales responsibility for renewals, upsell and expansion across a multiâsite customer base. The role is heavily fieldâbased, with frequent travel (up to 50â75%) and regular overnights so you can be onâsite with clients for deployments, reviews and relationshipâbuilding while helping to scale an AIâpowered selfâcheckout platform that is defining how people pay for food.

- Drive product adoption and performance: run dataâled reviews, highlight wins on metrics such as transaction speed, conversion and engagement, and recommend clear next steps.
- Plan and lead regular account reviews, mapping stakeholder structures, uncovering risks early and putting retention and growth plans in place.
- Partner with Sales to spot and progress upsell, crossâsell and expansion opportunities across existing clients.
- Deliver compelling demos and training (virtual and onâsite), showing how Deligo plugs into existing POS, payments and digital journeys.
- Support site assessments, implementations and mobilisations in close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Operations and Deployment teams.
- Maintain clear account plans, forecasts and notes in our CRM so that pipeline, risks and opportunities are always visible.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, feeding back requirements and integration needs that influence roadmap and partnerships.

- Comfortable with data: able to interpret dashboards and KPIs and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Techâcurious, with the ability to explain technical concepts (integrations, payment flows, EPOS workflows) in simple language to nonâtechnical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills across email, video and inâperson meetings, with a track record of building trusted relationships.
