We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of care/support workers. As a care/support worker you will become an integral part of our service users' lives. You will support them to maintain their independence and promote their dignity by working in a person-centred way.
You may provide the following support on a daily basis:
- Preparing nutritious and healthy balanced meals for service users and ensuring their hydration needs are met
- Supporting service users with their medication
- Completing shopping or daily errands for service users
- Supporting service users to wash and dress, ensuring personal hygiene
- Supporting service users to maintain mobility
- Supporting service users to attend appointments
- Supporting service users to live a fulfilled life by helping them access the community and take part in activities that they enjoy
- Communicating with other professionals to ensure the care around the service user is joined up and effective
