We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of care/support workers. As a care/support worker you will become an integral part of our service users' lives. You will support them to maintain their independence and promote their dignity by working in a person-centred way.

You may provide the following support on a daily basis:

  • Preparing nutritious and healthy balanced meals for service users and ensuring their hydration needs are met
  • Supporting service users with their medication
  • Completing shopping or daily errands for service users
  • Supporting service users to wash and dress, ensuring personal hygiene
  • Supporting service users to maintain mobility
  • Supporting service users to attend appointments
  • Supporting service users to live a fulfilled life by helping them access the community and take part in activities that they enjoy
  • Communicating with other professionals to ensure the care around the service user is joined up and effective
