Every day we work to cultivate positive change, sharing delicious, natural, plant-based recipes and food products with the aim of building the world’s leading plant-based platform. Starting from a recipe website, the business has evolved into a restaurant, a range of plant-based food products, an app, a collection of bestselling recipe books, a podcast, and a growing social media community that sits at the heart of what we do. We launched our first food products in 2016 and have since launched a wide range of products across different categories. We work with all the major grocers and OOH retailers across the UK. We also have a growing international business in the US and Europe.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a creatively driven and commercially minded (Senior) Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced, mission-led team. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role that blends creative content management with campaign execution – supporting the launch of new products and brand moments, while owning always-on channels that keep our community engaged and growing. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across social, email, app content, and in-person activations – working closely with teams across product, creative, and customer experience to deliver campaigns and always-on marketing that inspires.

Purpose of the role

Key responsibilities

Campaign & Launch Execution

  • Support the planning and rollout of new product launches and brand campaigns across social, email, app, sampling, and in-person channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, creative, and operations teams to ensure messaging, assets, and timing are aligned across all touchpoints.
  • Brief content needs, manage timelines, and contribute creative ideas to make campaigns cohesive and compelling.
  • Support planning and execution of brand events, pop-ups, in-person sampling, merch send-outs, and UGC sourcing.

Always-On Marketing Ownership

Email Marketing

  • Own the weekly email calendar – writing, building and scheduling product - and content-focused campaigns.
  • Support optimisations to automated flows (e.g. welcome, post-purchase) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure email content reflects key launches, seasonal moments, and wider brand strategy.

Social Media Content Management

  • Own the day-to-day scheduling and management of content across our social channels (most content is created by the wider team).
  • Own the day-to-day engagement with our community groups across Meta channels.
  • Bring a creative lens to social – spot trends, propose new formats, and contribute to storytelling that deepens community connection.
  • Confidently bring concepts to life – from briefing designer team to editing Reels in Canva or CapCut.
  • Monitor performance and engagement to shape future content strategy.

Content & App Experience

  • Plan and schedule dynamic app content weekly (e.g. daily picks, featured articles, trending modules).
  • Lead audits and updates across the app and website to ensure a smooth, inspiring member journey.
  • Coordinate and manage wellness content shoots (movement, mindfulness, sleep), including logistics, talent, and delivery.
  • Work with the wider team to keep wellness content fresh, on-brand, and aligned with user goals.

Influencer Marketing, Sampling & Community Building

  • Lead end-to-end influencer and sampling campaigns.
  • Build relationships with creators and micro-influencers who authentically align with our brand.
  • Help amplify brand and campaign moments through trusted voices and community-first content.

Your team

You’ll report to Lucie Baker, Senior Brand Manager and be working with Jo Denton (Recipe Developer), Katy Bradbury (Junior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager) and Sam Kempen (Digital Product & Customer Care Manager).

What you will bring (skills and experience)

  • 1-2+ years marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or consumer-facing environment.
  • Highly proactive and self-starting, with a strong sense of ownership and the initiative to move projects forward without constant direction.
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams end-to-end - from planning through to execution and performance analysis.
  • Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and an understanding of how to engage and retain audiences.
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute - able to zoom out to spot opportunities and priorities, then roll up your sleeves to make them happen.
