Working at Deliciously Ella
We have around 80 team members across two sites. Our Head Office is based in the heart of central London, on Tottenham Court Road, and this is where our Leadership Team work, alongside our Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and People teams. Our factory site near Milton Keynes produces some of our best-loved products like our energy balls, caramel cups, nut butter bites and dipped nuts.We’re looking for a Financial Accountant (maternity cover from May 2025 for approximately 9 months) to support mainly with the day to day running of the Accounts Receivable function at Deliciously Ella.

- Customer billing (bi-weekly) and processing credit notes
- Process customer invoices
- Credit control
- Chaise overdue invoices
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Weekly reconciliation of online sales
- Cashflow
- Look after credit control email and answer customer’s queries promptly
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of general accounting software, such as Netsuite, B2B & EDI integration
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Experience of working with stock is preferred
