Our Head Office is based in the heart of central London, on Tottenham Court Road, and this is where our Leadership Team work, alongside our Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and People teams. Our factory site near Milton Keynes produces some of our best-loved products like our energy balls, caramel cups, nut butter bites and dipped nuts.

We’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Manager to join us for a maternity cover (9-12 months) to act as the link between our customers and our supply chain. This role will ensure we deliver the right amount of stock to our customers at the right time, ensuring optimal fulfilment and service levels, and acting as the primary supply chain point of contact for our customers.

  • Manage the short-term demand plan forecast in collaboration with our commercial team and customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyse service levels, inventory levels, and delivery performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer supply chain queries and escalations.

You’ll report to Oli Ingram-O’Connell, Head of Supply Chain, and be working with Ella Oates (Head of Grocery Commercial), Imogen Bates (Senior Commercial Manager), and the wider supply chain and production team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to run, analyse, and make clear actions from data.

Strong understanding of FMCG/retail supply chain.

A customer-centric mindset to ensure we service our customers in the best way possible, whilst also managing the complexities from our supply chain.
