Role Description
The Junior Creative Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in London, supporting the planning and delivery of events and brand experiences across Europe.
This role involves coordinating creative assets, timelines, and approvals, working closely with designers, producers, and clients to ensure concepts are translated into high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
The Creative Coordinator will manage project documentation, assist with mood boards and pitch materials, and oversee the organization of event collateral, including graphics, video content, and presentations.
Daily tasks include liaising with vendors and partners, tracking budgets and schedules, maintaining asset libraries, and supporting onsite event execution when required.
The role also contributes to internal process improvement, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with Delicious Agency’s sustainability and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear client liaison, internal collaboration, and concise documentation.
- Demonstrated Project Management abilities, such as timeline coordination, task prioritisation, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics for event collateral, presentations, and digital assets (e. g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools) Good eye for Photography.
- Experience with Video Production, including briefing editors, managing storyboards, and coordinating content for live and digital events.
- Relevant experience in creative agencies, event production, or brand marketing, ideally in multi-market or international environments.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of experiential marketing and event design; familiarity with sustainable production practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in London and occasionally travel within Europe; flexibility for occasional evening or weekend event work.
- Preferred education in Marketing, Design, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
