We are Delicious, a creative events agency looking for an enthusiastic Spanish speaking Intern with some marketing experience. We produce events in London and Europe, particularly in Spain, especially Barcelona, ranging from immersive parties to conferences and large-scale corporate events.
We create bespoke and unique event concepts alongside considered eco-conscious event production. We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern interested in gaining further industry experience in event management. This is a 3-month internship, with the potential to possibly lead to a role within the team.
Tasks you will learn about and undertake include:
- Liaising with suppliers, venues, and freelancers.
- Exposure to the inner workings and planning from concept to production including booking process, contracts, briefs, and logistics.
- Building and maintaining relationships with venues, suppliers, and partners.
- Preparation and organisation of marketing materials and social media posts.
- Diary coordination and office administration.
This internship will require 4 days per week (office based) plus some evenings for live events, as and when required.
The most suitable intern for this position would possess:
- Excellent organisational ability, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Initiative, drive, high-quality written skills, and strong spelling and grammar.
- Able to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities and deadlines. Attention to detail is essential.
- A strong work ethic, tenacity, and great people skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with social media and newsletters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop event proposals.
- Research venues, conduct site visits, and liaise with varied suppliers (UK and International).
- Produce detailed documentation for events (production schedules, running orders).
- Coordinate production-related elements, negotiate and manage suppliers.
- Client contact.
- On-site event coordinating.
- Post-event wrap up.
- Create social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Key requirements:
- Event management and production experience.
- Spanish speaking.
- Experience in sales conferences, production, brand activation, stage builds, and logistics.
- Event agency experience.
- Production schedule management pre and on-site.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Pivotal thinker.

This is a London-based position requiring some travel, a valid passport (visa if required), and the ability to travel. This is a full-time position based from our London office.
