Overall Purpose of the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Data Admin Coordinator based at our Head Office in Southall. The role involves managing, controlling, and maintaining core company information such as customer product ranges, prices, terms, and new products. The primary focus is to ensure a coordinated approach to Microsoft Dynamics D365, overseeing the efficient collection, verification, and input of master data, and supporting continuous improvement projects to enhance data accuracy and efficiency across various business areas.

Reporting and Key Relationships

Reports to: Business Data Governance Manager

Key contacts include: Channel & Field Sales, Customer Engagement Team, Supply Chain, Transport, Technical & Quality Control, Product, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting & Control

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage information input and maintenance in Microsoft Dynamics D365, including customers, product ranges, sales channels, and delivery schedules, adhering to SLAs.
  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data verification and accuracy through D365 reporting.
  3. Log and resolve customer and EDI queries within SLAs, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  4. Manage the Shared Inbox and coordinate requests effectively across departments.
  5. Maintain third-party portals, including product listings, pricing, and customer details.

Essential Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG or fast-paced environments is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, team-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
