Permanent, full-time

Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s.

As the Head of Projects at DMT, you play a crucial role leading the in‑house Project’s Team and will manage and oversee the construction and maintenance projects across the theatre group’s assets. Your responsibilities include planning, procurement, and delivery of capital and minor works projects throughout the DMT portfolio.

This unique position, based in Mackintosh House on Shaftesbury Avenue, involves collaboration with teams across all the theatres in the West End. Situated in the heart of theatre land, your new office will offer a vibrant environment.

Managing two Project Managers and collaborating closely with the in‑house Architect, you will support the Property Director on various projects. Your leadership will guide projects from inception to completion, and you’ll serve as the client lead for larger works.

A background in property or construction, with a proven track record of delivering capital works in a fast‑paced environment, is essential for this role.
