Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s.

Reporting to the Lead General Manager, the General Manager is responsible for ensuring the following in their theatre:

  • consistent and exceptional service
  • safety, security and cleanliness
  • engaging, training and developing the best staff

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with good financial acumen and exceptional customer service standards.

Evening and weekend work is required.
