Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh\'s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London\'s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham\'s.
The F&B Experience Manager leads a department which supports the theatre management teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience generating significant secondary income. You will drive bar and retails sales across all our theatres ensuring the right products, add-ons and experiences are in place, stock is controlled, suppliers are managed and profit targets are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and comparable sized company, with a proven track record of managing, motivating and inspiring a team and delivering excellent customer experience. They will need to have excellent computer skills and be highly organised with a hands-on approach, as well as an ability to work under pressure. They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
