Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s.

We are currently looking for people to join our Front of House teams across all our theatres, including the Prince Edward Theatre for the UK premiere of Beetlejuice. For those who are successful in being placed at the Prince Edward Theatre, you should be available from 13th May 2026 for training days ahead of the first preview on 20th May 2026.

This role delivers exceptional customer service before, during and after the performance. This includes welcoming patrons, checking tickets, and selling programmes, merchandise, ice cream and an assortment of drinks and snacks to patrons. The Front of House team also ensures the safe evacuation of patrons when directed by the Duty Manager.

Successful applicants will have great team-working skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills, and be able to deliver exceptional standards of customer service following our full training programme.

Shifts vary depending on the production and theatre, and we can offer contracts for the following three options at an hourly rate of £13:

  • 8 shows (minimum of 30 hours) over 6 days per week;
  • 6 shows (minimum of 22.5 hours) per week;
  • 4 shows (minimum of 15 hours) per week.

Evening and weekend work is required. As the role may involve the selling of alcohol you must be at least 18 years old to apply.
