Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh's Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London's West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace and Wyndham's.
The successful candidate will do a daily reconciliation of sales information and will supervise the Front of House, Merchandise and/or Bar Team to ensure that the rota is followed to comply with licensing requirements and leads by example so that all staff deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in a customer-facing role as a Supervisor of medium sized teams (10+), strong communication skills, team player, problem solver, sales awareness, commitment to standards, initiative & adaptability, previous experience of operating electronic tills, stock control experience and Personal Licence holder.
Working hours are 40 hours across up to 6 days. Evening and weekend work is required. The position would ideally start training on 6th May, in advance of the first preview on 20th May.
