You will work directly with the CEO across the business, sitting at the intersection of AI agent design, quality assurance, and customer delivery.
- What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver AI agents for our customers.
- Support pre‑release testing of agents before they go live with patients.
- Sample real calls and patient interactions to identify issues, test fixes, and add recurring items to the monitoring list to inform future automated QA.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and our medical team to ensure agents are safe, accurate, and operationally useful.
- Build and document the operational playbooks that let us scale.
- Run discrete strategic projects across the business where an extra pair of capable hands moves the needle.
Qualifications
- Driven generalist early in your career; a couple of years in a top consultancy, startup, or other high‑performing environment.
