About Delfa
Clinical trials are broken — $120 billion is spent each year, yet most trials are delayed by bottlenecks like patient recruitment. Delfa is fixing this by building autonomous AI agents to automate clinical trials. In less than a year we've deployed onto 300+ trials, reached seven figures in ARR growing 25% MoM, and raised an oversubscribed $3.8m seed from tier-one AI investors.
The Role
Our product is gaining serious traction. Now we need our story to keep up. We're looking for a Content Lead to own Delfa's LinkedIn presence – both the company page and our CEO's personal brand. This is a contractor role starting at 2–3 days per week, hybrid from our London office near Old Street. We're a startup and this role has real scope to grow and take on more responsibility as we scale. This isn't a "schedule posts and report metrics" role. You'll proactively shape the narrative around Delfa and build a genuine audience in the clinical trials space.
What You'll Do
- Own the content calendar and LinkedIn strategy for Delfa's company page and CEO profile
- Develop compelling content – thought leadership, product milestones, industry commentary
- Help plan and promote events like webinars and hackathons, and make them a success
- Help shape and distribute a product newsletter
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma, Nano Banana, etc.) as part of your daily workflow for research, drafting, ad creation, and experimentation
- Track what's working, iterate fast, and build a repeatable content engine
You’ll Be A Great Fit If…
- You have a strong personal brand: You already know how LinkedIn works because you've built an audience yourself.
- You're AI-native: You don't just use AI tools – you experiment with them. You're the person who finds a new workflow every week.
- You're proactive, not reactive: We'll give you context and access, not a task list. You define what needs to be said, when, and how.
- You're curious about healthcare: No clinical background needed, but genuine interest in how treatments reach patients will make your content sharper.
Hiring Process
- Send us your portfolio – your social accounts, content samples, anything that shows how you think about content.
- Short challenge (30–45 mins) – a practical task so we can see how you work.
- Offer.
