As Director of Sales for European Asset Management, you'll be pivotal in shaping regional growth strategy, engaging with C-suite executives at top-tier financial institutions, and building high-performance sales teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development and manage existing client relationships across the Asset Management sector.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving ambitious growth target.s
  • Negotiate with C-suite executives to develop comprehensive outsourcing and partnership strategies.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-value services, including Investment Research, Financial Marketing, Data & Tech Services, and Risk Management solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • 12+ years of experience with deep knowledge of buy-side markets (asset management, hedge funds, private wealth)
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise sales teams and closing complex deals
  • Strong network within the industry and experience engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite within Asset Management,
