Job Description:
This role involves leadership in service management functions, collaboration with operations and sales, supporting presales bids, and ensuring the health and growth of SAP AMS accounts. The Customer Success Manager will report to the Services Director and oversee Service Delivery Managers, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders and mentoring the Service Management team.
