Flexibility in your working hours
We are open between the hours of 8:30am-6:30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 1pm Saturday. We have available 40 hours over 5 days but are happy to talk to vets wanting fewer hours or a more flexible working pattern. Work/life balance is a priority and we understand how important it is to get the right balance. There are no OOH/On call requirements with this role, inpatient care only.
Career progression and opportunities
Our team are actively encouraged to develop individual clinical skills and interests. Leadership opportunities exist and it is expected that you will support less experienced surgeons within the team. CPD is encouraged and funded.

The role is mainly based at our Yeovil site but flexibility for working at either site is desirable. Our clinical teams function around support and the delivery of high-quality veterinary medicine.
