Growth Marketing Manager (Remote) in Slough

Slough Full-Time No working from home possible
delaware United Kingdom & Ireland

Job description:
About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital-first, pipeline-driving marketing activity for our SAP or Microsoft practice. This role will be fully integrated into the Practice team, working in partnership with relevant business leads to shape and deliver marketing activities.

The main responsibility of this role is to:

  • Attract qualified leads
  • Convert leads to actionable sales opportunities

Performance will be measured against these objectives.

This is a hands-on growth marketing role with responsibility for building audiences, running targeted campaigns, and turning engagement into pipeline.

Alongside digital execution, you will also plan, deliver, and maximise ROI from in-person events — both our own hosted sessions and our presence at key industry trade shows. Events will be fully integrated into digital campaigns, extending reach before, during, and after the event to capture and nurture leads.

You will own a dedicated budget and will be expected to balance in-house execution with outsourcing specialist skills where it accelerates growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead Generation & sales Opportunities.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation.
  • LinkedIn Advertising: Plan, run, and optimise LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Website & Conversion Optimisation.
  • Content Activation: Work with SMEs and SAP to create and deploy digital assets (blogs, case studies, video, infographics) that fuel campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation & Nurture: Design and execute nurture streams that move leads through the funnel to L3.
  • In-Person Events:
    • Coordinate our presence at industry trade shows, including stand design, pre-event marketing, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Analytics & Reporting.
  • Budget Ownership: Own and allocate a marketing budget, balancing digital and events activity for maximum impact.
  • Vendor Alignment: work externally with SAP’s marketing team to generate opportunities and ensure awareness of Delaware’s marketing activities.

Is there a match?

  • Proven B2B growth marketing experience with responsibility for pipeline generation (not just brand/awareness).
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads (Campaign Manager): audience segmentation, ABM targeting, retargeting, analytics, and optimisation.
  • Strong digital execution skills SEO/SEM, landing page optimisation, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
  • Experience building and managing digital audiences aligned to ICPs and buyer committees.
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end campaigns that integrate digital and events that generate sales opportunities.
  • Event marketing experience: planning and delivering B2B in-person, online events and managing trade show participation (stand logistics, lead capture, follow-up).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and campaign messaging.
  • Commercial — able to link campaigns and events directly to pipeline contribution.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with campaign analytics, ROI measurement, and budget accountability.
  • Agile, self-starter attitude — comfortable working in a lean team, executing at pace, and outsourcing where it drives faster impact.
  • Experience within enterprise technology / consulting (SAP, Microsoft etc., or digital platforms) is a strong advantage.

Right to work

Please note that it is a legal requirement that you have the right to work in the UK by the time you commence employment. We therefore ask those shortlisted for interview to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK during the recruitment process.

Delaware holds a sponsor licence but not all roles are suitable for sponsorship, especially as, in some cases, individuals are required to work on long term client contracts, and this is not permitted under the sponsorship regime. Also, in some case individuals may be required to work in Ireland or elsewhere in Europe at short notice. If you do not currently have the right to work in the UK we will still consider your application.

If your application is successful beyond the first interview stage we will consider whether sponsorship is a possibility or, where appropriate, whether there are any other immigration options available but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that sponsorship will always be possible.
