We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Microsoft Business Development Executive to join our UK team. We're looking for someone with ambition, energy, and the confidence to make things happen. What will you be doing?
- Driving New Pipeline
- Proactively engage target accounts through a mix of email, LinkedIn and phone outreach
- Bring marketing campaigns and events to life through high-quality outbound activity
- Turn inbound interest into meaningful commercial conversations
- Secure well-qualified discovery meetings that convert into real opportunities
- Qualifying and Shaping Opportunities
- Lead early-stage conversations to understand business challenges, priorities and timing
- Identify genuine buying signals and qualify opportunities against clear criteria
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality handover into Sales, maintaining momentum
- Campaign and Event Follow-Up
- Play a key role in turning campaigns and events into pipeline
- Follow up quickly and effectively with engaged prospects
- Nurture longer-term opportunities where timing isn’t immediate
- Share front-line insight on what’s resonating in the market
- Working as One Team
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing to continuously improve messaging and targeting
- Contribute ideas, feedback and real-world insight to strengthen our go-to-market approach
