We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Microsoft Business Development Executive to join our UK team. We're looking for someone with ambition, energy, and the confidence to make things happen. What will you be doing?

  • Driving New Pipeline
    • Proactively engage target accounts through a mix of email, LinkedIn and phone outreach
    • Bring marketing campaigns and events to life through high-quality outbound activity
    • Turn inbound interest into meaningful commercial conversations
    • Secure well-qualified discovery meetings that convert into real opportunities
  • Qualifying and Shaping Opportunities
    • Lead early-stage conversations to understand business challenges, priorities and timing
    • Identify genuine buying signals and qualify opportunities against clear criteria
    • Ensure a smooth, high-quality handover into Sales, maintaining momentum
  • Campaign and Event Follow-Up
    • Play a key role in turning campaigns and events into pipeline
    • Follow up quickly and effectively with engaged prospects
    • Nurture longer-term opportunities where timing isn’t immediate
    • Share front-line insight on what’s resonating in the market
  • Working as One Team
    • Partner closely with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline
    • Collaborate with Marketing to continuously improve messaging and targeting
    • Contribute ideas, feedback and real-world insight to strengthen our go-to-market approach
