Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our collaborative team at the Head Office in Uxbridge, London. The role supports recruitment for our teams across Delaware North’s UK sites, recruiting casual team members for stadiums in London, Derby, and Sunderland, and providing direct sourcing for permanent positions.

What will you do?
- Lead the recruitment drive for casual team members across all UK stadiums
- Assist the talent acquisition team with direct sourcing for part-time and full-time roles throughout all UK sites
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Hiring Managers, and the People Team at each stadium to establish team member needs
- Collaborate with the Innovation Center to ensure appropriate advertisements are created for prioritised roles
- Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures to maintain consistency with Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
