Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. In this role you will lead a hospitality team to provide first‑class service and manage operations during events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting development of skill and performance.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow.
  • Support the management of inventory, stock level monitoring, and rotation organisation.
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.
