The opportunity Delaware North UK is hiring casual Hospitality Back of House Managers to join our collaborative team at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. At this location, there’s always something exciting for you under the arch. As Back of House Manager, you will be managing the back‑of‑house areas of the stadium, implementing systems to drive success within the hospitality and culinary teams, and assisting with logistical set‑up for events.

What will you do?
- Manage the kitchen team to ensure safe working practices and cleanliness before, during, and after events
- Manage the running of the pass, and support the kitchen and restaurant teams in line with back‑of‑house standard operating procedures
- Manage team recruitment, training, welcome days, and other activities
- Manage the equipment budget, sourcing materials, and tracking stock, while also supporting with logistical tasks
- Ensure the operation complies with current management, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
- No degree required
- Forklift license is beneficial
- Previous experience in a logistically challenging environment, ideally in a hotel or premium hospitality setting
- Experience supporting, guiding, and leading large teams within a high‑volume, fast‑paced catering or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of suppliers, manual handling, as well as skills in people management, training, task delegation, and written and verbal communication
