The opportunity Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Head Waiter to join our team at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. What will you do?
- Efficiently manage a section of around 4 - 6 tables
- Effectively communicate menu items and allergens to guests
- Guide guests from the beginning to the end of their dining experience, providing positive, outstanding guest experience
- Work collaboratively with team members, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence
More About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a senior or head waiter role, with experience working in a high-end or luxury restaurant or hotel setting; no degree required
- Strong skills in attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages, including wines and spirits
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Comfortable handling various alcohol and meat products
