The opportunity Delaware North UK is hiring a full‑time Procurement Systems Manager to join our team at Head Office in Uxbridge, London. As a Procurement Systems Manager, you will be managing the leadership and strategy for procurement and operational systems, including the Warehouse Management System. You will be managing data, supplier catalogues, pricing, inventory, allergen, and reporting information.
Pay: The expected pay for this role is £40,000.

What will you do?
- Manage the Warehouse Management System and associated systems, ensuring accurate data and business requirements are met, and providing troubleshooting support.
- Lead the procurement team, acting as the key business contact for the business' allergen management system.
- Conduct regular audits of procurement data, supplier information, and system records for accurate data.
- Support the menu development, product changes, and operational compliance of venues.
- Ensure compliance with legal restrictions, Delaware North procurement policies and procedures, internal and external requirements relating to Food Safety, Health & Safety, allergen compliance, environmental standards, and data governance to maintain consistency and minimise potential risk to the company across all procurement activities.
More About You:
- No degree required.
- 3+ years’ experience, with experience managing Warehouse Management Systems, procurement systems, inventory management systems, or similar platforms.
- Experience maintaining supplier, product, pricing, allergen, and inventory data, and producing reports, dashboards, management information, managing third-party system providers, supporting system implementations, business improvement projects, training, and system support.
- Strong understanding of procurement, stock management, and operational processes.
- Skills in data management, systems administration, reporting, advanced Excel, analysing, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.
Physical Requirements: Ability to travel to operational locations when required.
