Join Delaware North as a Tour Guide and help guests experience the iconic London Stadium. The role is worked on a casual worker agreement basis with most events taking place on weekends and/or evenings.
Overview
As a Tour Guide you will lead tours of the stadium, showcasing the home changing room, indoor running track, players tunnel and panoramic views. Depending on the time of year you may conduct a self‑guided, private VIP or Legends tour, delivering a personalised experience to groups of up to 30 visitors.
What You Will Do
- Lead tours of the stadium and its facilities
- Provide engaging, accurate information about the venue, its history and events
- Adapt the tour style to match the audience, including VIP and Legends tours
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the visit
- Work as part of the Tour Experience Maker team to support all guest interactions
More About You
- Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills
- Ability to absorb knowledge and convey it in an exciting, memorable way
- Passionate about customer service and well‑organised
- Experience as a Tour Guide or similar role is an advantage (not required)
- A passion for West Ham, Athletics, or the London Stadium is a benefit but not essential
