What will you do?
- Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach.
- Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant management.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations.
- Train and develop team members.
- Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions.
More about you
- Previous experience in managing a bar.
- Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements.
- Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols.
- Experience with HACCP requirements.
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate.
Physical requirements
- Able to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
