What will you do?

  • Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations
  • Perform opening and closing duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
  • Communicate with the chef for any special instructions or training
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in food preparation and service areas
  • Follow appropriate health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More about you No degree required. Certificate in Food Hygiene level 2. Experience in a similar role. Ability to follow instructions and safely use kitchen tools and machinery.
