Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Concessions Team Leader to join our team at London Stadium in Stratford, East London. What will you do?
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting the development of skill and performance.
- Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, organise rotation, and order as necessary.
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.

Previous related experience is beneficial.
Skills in verbal and written communication, attention to detail, time management, as well as basic maths to accurately monitor cash and inventory.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for duration of shift.
Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products.
Availability to work throughout the summer concert season.
