Delaware North UK is hiring a full‑time Head of Tours to lead our team at London Stadium in Stratford, East London.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, providing clear targets and objectives to maximise revenue and profit, using innovative ideas and networking to grow opportunities.
  • Manage, brief, and organise tasks for tours team members to maximise time efficiency, using additional resources as appropriate.
  • Support team member development plans to develop skills and growth within the department, while implementing training programmes for tours, meetings and events teams.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external departments and business, promoting understanding and commitment.
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North's policies and standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience, including sales management or business development.
  • No degree required.
  • Experience building and executing successful sales campaigns leading to business growth, and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, sales, leadership, people‑management, planning and organising skills.
  • IT literate, with experience in effective database management.
