What will you do?
- Lead a team of waiters within a section of the restaurant at London Stadium
- Train team members and support their professional development
- Engage and communicate positively with guests when needed, creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere and guest experiences
- Effectively support coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure outstanding cleanliness and organization of the dining space, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence
