Delaware North UK is hiring casual Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at the electric London Stadium in Stratford, East London. What will you do?

  • Lead a team of waiters within a section of the restaurant at London Stadium
  • Train team members and support their professional development
  • Engage and communicate positively with guests when needed, creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere and guest experiences
  • Effectively support coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure outstanding cleanliness and organization of the dining space, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence

More About You

  • No degree required
  • Experience in a hospitality or similar environment is beneficial
  • Skills in prioritisation, self‑management, written and verbal communication, and IT skills, including handling spreadsheets
