The opportunity to join Delaware North UK as a casual Profit Protection Compliance Manager at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland. This role supports the Profit Protection Manager in delivering the event day Profit Protection and Risk & Compliance agenda.
This position is offered on a casual worker agreement basis, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening, allowing for flexible work around other commitments.
Pay: The expected pay for this role is £20ph.

Responsibilities:
- Delivery of the Profit Protection & Compliance event day agenda and associated work activities.
- Monitor compliance with Delaware North policies, health & safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Management of security-related incidents involving Delaware North personnel.
- Conduct event day revenue & stock variance investigations and monitor performance through observations.
- Carry out assessment audits on staff within the Team Leader training program, providing feedback and recommendations.

- Experienced in coaching and mentoring others to drive performance.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
- Good working knowledge of operational standards & health and safety requirements in a catering setting.
- Proven management experience in Profit Protection or similar roles.
- Working knowledge of HR Employment law.
- Experience in conducting corporate investigation interviews and report writing.
- Flexible to support mobile working across the UK business.
- Able to work weekends and evening events.
