Delaware North UK is hiring Hospitality leaders to join our team at the incredible London Stadium in Stratford, East London. We are eagerly preparing to kick off our next year of fun and entertainment with the new footballing season with West Ham United F.C., as well as London Stadium events and concerts. What will you do?
- Proactively lead teams, establishing a hands-on approach to the operation
- Guide and direct team members, developing a strong frontline, and promoting customer service excellence and efficiencies
- Elevate the guest experience, supporting team members to deliver top-tier service and satisfaction
- Effectively manage operation excellence, including inventory, staffing, and performance metrics
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More About You
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a related role; hospitality supervisor, waiter, or team leader; no degree required
- Experience supervising and leading small and large-scale hospitality teams
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments
