The opportunity Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Hospitality Manager to join our team at the fantastic London Stadium, in Stratford, East London. Do you want to manage exciting event day hospitality and non-event day conferences at the ultimate premium lounge? As a Manager in Hospitality, you will be driving the team to provide exceptional leadership, managing team members to deliver great guest experiences through first-class customer service across our range of quality offerings, including panoramic views in BM6, one of our 9 premium suites, 16 boxes, and premium bars, covering a range of services for over 3,000 guests.

The expected pay for this role is £25.90 / hour.

What will you do?

  • Proactively lead teams, establishing a hands-on approach to the operation
  • Guide and direct team members, developing a strong frontline, and promoting customer service excellence and efficiencies
  • Elevate the guest experience, supporting team members to deliver top-tier service and satisfaction
  • Effectively manage operational excellence, including inventory, staffing, and performance metrics
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More about you
1 – 2 years’ experience in a related hospitality role; no degree required. Experience supervising and leading small and large-scale hospitality teams. Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments.
