The opportunity
Due to business growth, we are seeking dually qualified Internal Auditors in Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Quality to audit our Sunderland Stadium of Light unit. This role offers flexibility and weekend shifts, ideal for professionals seeking additional income. The sites are accessible via nearby tube stations. You will conduct online audits using a tablet and guide our chefs and front-of-house teams to achieve safety excellence.
Essential requirements:
- Level 4 in Food Safety in catering or higher qualification
- Some food safety auditing experience
- Hands-on, friendly, and effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively within guidelines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-presented and professional appearance
Desirable requirements:
- Catering operations experience
- IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH General Certificate or higher, or studying towards them
- NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification
This role is on a casual worker basis for event days, mainly on weekends and evenings.
