Delaware North UK is hiring casual Concessions Food and Beverage opportunities for Till Operators to join our team at the Stadium of Light, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. As a Till Operator, you will be delivering first-class guest experiences in a top-tier venue with dedication, precision, and passion.
Key Details
Location: Stadium of Light, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear.
Contract Type: Casual.
Working Hours: Casual 4+ hour shifts, including evenings and weekends; flexibly working part-time for the biggest events and match days, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts that suit your lifestyle.
Pay: £14.68 / hour.

What Will You Do?
- Provide positive, outstanding guest experience as the face of our concessions, highlighting special promotions and skilfully upselling our diverse range of food and beverage products, using strong verbal communication skills
- Keep the till area tidy, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, maintaining Delaware North's standards of excellence

- No experience or degree required
- Relevant experience is beneficial
- Skills in communication, teamwork, and guest service
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
- Availability to attend shifts for matchdays and event days, due to events-based nature of roles
