Event Sales Executive, London Stadium
Delaware North UK is hiring a full‑time Event Sales Executive to join our team at the exciting London Stadium in Stratford, East London.

The opportunity
As a Business Account Manager for event sales, you will manage sales and coordinate meetings and events at London Stadium, from initial enquiries to contracting client events. We are looking for a determined, focussed, and sales‑driven Event Sales Manager ready to learn, grow and be part of a successful team propelling business growth.

Pay
The expected pay for this role is Competitive.

What will you do?

  • Manage sales and enquiries for external client events and all non‑matchday business, proactively engaging new and previous clients to encourage innovative events.
  • Conduct venue show‑rounds to ensure accurate representation of our facilities and offerings, guiding clients to maximise sales conversion.
  • Ensure event information is detailed accurately to maximise sales opportunity and revenue, proactively up‑selling food, beverages and other items, exceeding sales targets while supporting excellent guest experiences.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss pipeline and activity, contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Produce accurate and timely contracts and pre‑payment invoices.

London Stadium is a world‑class venue hosting sporting events, concerts and music events. Delaware North manages the hospitality services of the 60‑80,000 seater stadia since 2015, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
