Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Concessions Team Leader to join our team at London Stadium in Stratford, East London. Pay
The expected pay for this role is £17.40.

What will you do?

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting the development of skill and performance
  • Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, organise rotation, and order as necessary
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More About You

  • No degree required
  • Previous related experience is beneficial
  • Skills in verbal and written communication, attention to detail, time management, as well as basic maths to accurately monitor cash and inventory

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
  • Availability to work throughout the summer concert season
