Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Commis Chef to join our team at Moor Farm, Derby County Football Club Training Centre in Derby. When you thrive as an effective link between Derby County Football Club and guests, there is never a dull moment on the job. As a supporting Chef, you will be producing a range of quality food products with speed and efficiency, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the food preparation and delivery of catering to guests, guaranteeing guest satisfaction. The expected pay for this role is £23,795.00 – £23,909.00

What will you do?
- Support the Lead Chef to produce high-quality products consistently, proactively investigating and resolving any quality or food queries
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to drive efficient service speeds, committing to guest service excellence
- Ensure sufficient store and kitchen stock, replenishing when necessary
- Report any breakages, accidents, losses, or potential security risks to the manager
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, COSHH, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
