Delaware North UK is hiring a casual Bar Supervisor to join our team at London Stadium in Stratford, London. What will you do?

  • Oversee the set‑up and closing procedures of the bar on event days
  • Support, observe, and evaluate individual job performances of team members, documenting accordingly
  • Assist the bartending team with serving guests as business levels demand
  • Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

More About You

  • Experience in bartending and supervisory positions
  • No degree required
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, plus health and safety
  • Skills in verbal and written communication, as well as basic maths to accurately monitor cash and inventory
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Comfortable handling various alcohol products
