What will you do?
- Supervise back‑of‑house team members to ensure safe working practices and cleanliness pre, during, and post events, as well as conducting daily and weekly inspections
- Expedite orders, efficiently running the pass, implementing back‑of‑house standard operating procedures, ensuring high‑quality orders are delivered accurately to guests
- Support with recruitment, training, welcome days, and other activities, as well as liaising with the people team to work within budgets to book porters
- Manage the equipment budget, sourcing materials, tracking stock, and attending trade shows, building strong supplier relationships
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
