The opportunity Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit Internal Auditors dually qualified in Food Safety & Health & Safety and Quality, to audit our Sunderland Stadium of Light unit. This role offers flexibility and a chance to get weekend shifts which may benefit some professionals looking for an additional income. You will have responsibility for carrying out our online audits via a tablet and guide our chefs and front of house teams to achieve excellence in safety. Level 4 in Food Safety in catering or a higher qualification. β’ Some food safety auditing experience. β’ IOSH Managing Safely/ NEBOSH General Certificate or higher qualification or studying towards one of these qualifications. β’ NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification. This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis for event day work only, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening. We offer great pay with flexible scheduling that works with your other commitments so while this is not your only job, it may be your best. You will have responsibility for carrying out our online audits via a tablet and guide our chefs and front of house teams to achieve excellence in safety.
