Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time People Operations Coordinator to work at Wembley Stadium in London. As People Operations Coordinator, you will be working within the people team to deliver all major events at Wembley Stadium, aiming for a culture of high engagement, connection, and world-class guest service excellence. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

What will you do?
- Support workforce planning and resource deployment for major events and associated M&E activity, ensuring the right resources with the right skills are available.
- Assist the people team in booking and confirming appropriate levels of staff for planners.
- Support engagement programs on event days and in between to maximise loyalty and commitment.
- Analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to support business needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with operational teams on site and the casual workforce.
- Ensure compliance with current health and safety, food hygiene, and maintain Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence.
More about you:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role and workforce.
- Knowledge or ability to use an HR or Workforce management system.
- Skills in prioritisation, time management, communication, customer service, and relationship building.
- Ability to travel and work at Wembley Stadium, and possibly other venues as necessary.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
