Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our fantastic team at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. When you share our vision and help drive the buzz of the stadium, there are always opportunities to thrive.
As an Assistant Manager of Hospitality, you will support the leadership team in delivering efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective hospitality operations across our hospitality spaces, including box operations within the exclusive box environment. You will help ensure each private box delivers a seamless, elevated guest experience—from coordinating service delivery and managing teams, to upholding the highest standards of presentation, compliance, and personalised service.

What will you do?
- Support hospitality and box operation services using business efficiency tools, strong organisational skills, and available resources to deliver timely, high‑quality service to guests across all private box environments.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and development of team members to build a high‑performance culture, ensuring teams working within the box areas are fully prepared to deliver premium service.
- Elevate the guest experience within the box environment, delivering top‑tier, personalised service through clear and positive communication, proactive problem‑solving, and strong relationship‑building with senior leaders, clients, and box holders.
- Monitor finance, payroll, stock movement, and purchasing procedures, ensuring all box‑related operations align with Delaware North processes and contribute to accurate post‑event reporting.
- Ensure all box operations comply with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence across every premium space.
More about you
- 2+ years’ operational experience in hospitality environments, with managerial and 5 – 6* fine dining experience as beneficial; no degree required
- Skills in customer service, verbal and written communication, self-motivation, collaborative flexibility, and IT literacy
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments
