What will you do?
- Lead a high performing team, guiding event‑day people team members, proactively achieving a culture of high‑engagement, productivity, and guest service excellence
- Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process of team members, as well as workforce planning and resources for major meetings and events, correctly identifying resources, skills, and experience to meet operational needs
- Analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to support business needs and goals
- Manage payroll processing, following company protocol for processing, reporting, and raising queries
- Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role and workforce
- No degree required
- Knowledge or ability to use a HR information system including accessing, inputting, and compiling data
- Good prioritisation, time management, presenting, communication, customer service, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
Physical requirements
Ability to travel and work at Emirates Stadium, and possibly additional venues as necessary.
