Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Goods Receipts Administrator to join our valued team at Emirates Stadium in Islington, London. As Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for administration within the culinary department, while also assisting the Food Controller and Beverage Manager with purchasing, receiving, and distributing goods. What will you do?
- Adhere to Delaware North policies in purchasing activities, ensuring a consistent approach and reducing potential risk to the company
- Collaborate with the procurement team on the pay procurement system, and ensure accurate purchasing and system data source information
- Manage the administration of day-to-day ordering, receiving, and distributing stock within the department, as well as assist with invoicing and reporting
- Review open purchase orders, escalating any necessary issues
- Ensure the operation is in accordance with current company and legal practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility
