Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module.
- Provide client support, guidance and influence to drive change impacts and build networks within the business.
- Manage and deliver multiple priorities within constrained timelines.
- Analyze cause and effect relationships to solve complex problems and propose alternate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven and recent experience in supporting or leading an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module.
- Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (ideally Employee Central, Recruitment or Performance & Goals).
- Flexibility to travel up to client sites when required.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Self‑driven, motivated and results‑oriented attitude.
