As a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Functional Consultant you will work with client stakeholders to discover user needs, goals and objectives of an organisation and design the right processes and solutions for them. You will liaise closely with business owners and development teams to refine a design suitable for Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM and the Power Platform. You will advise clients on how to transform their business with Dynamics 365 SCM and the Power Platform and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client workshops to analyse and design Dynamics 365 Supply Chain processes.
- Define and evaluate functional and non‑functional requirements for each business process.
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure requirements are understood.
- Prototype, configure and test the respective business processes.
- Document the system configuration and prepare project documentation deliverables.
- Support key‑users in user acceptance testing.
- Train key‑users and/or end‑users.
Qualifications
- A client‑centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Lead and develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- 3+ years’ experience in design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain – preferably in Production and Manufacturing areas.
- Strong requirements‑gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
- Ability to learn and utilise Delaware implementation tools and methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Results‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
