You will be working alongside and in unison with our small experienced team while reporting directly to the AfterMarket and Service District Manager.
Purpose Of Role And Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of a small team and your main objective will be to service and support DeLaval voluntary milking systems to the highest standard. As part of this role you will also be expected to support the district sales managers following up enquiries and spending time with prospective as well as existing customers. You will be self-motivated and responsible for organising & prioritising your workload with a willingness to travel for training. There may also be the possibility of travel amongst other areas to support colleagues and dealers where necessary. There will be a huge focus on quality and customer service as well as the other responsibilities, duties and benefits that come hand in hand with representing a global market leader.
Desired Experience And Knowledge- Experience of service work within the agricultural industry
- Interest/experience in robotic milking systems
- Proven record of outstanding customer relations
- Fluent in English with good communication skills at all levels, demonstrating excellent verbal, written and IT skills
- Technical and mechanical knowledge
- Interest in animal husbandry and milk production is an advantage
